Returns
If you’re not happy with a product, simply return it for a full refund. Products can only be refunded and cannot be exchanged. Items must have a minimum of 50% of the contents and all original packaging to qualify.

Items must be returned to Kiroja within 14 days of receipt of the return authorization number.

We will refund your credit card within 30 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is received and processed. Refunds are not eligible for items arriving without return authorization numbers.

Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.

We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who continually return products.
